Ons products
Paper, display, optics, cosmetics and environment — one synthesis capability, re‑engineered for each industry.
Chemistry Engineered for the Real Process
Ons is not simply a producer of chemical raw materials. Since its founding in 2003 it has developed liquid chemical solutions that actually work on an industrial floor — liquid dyes for paper, the LC-MN reactive liquid crystal, alignment layers for displays, microcapsule materials, liquid chelating agents and deicers.
A good chemical product is not finished by a number in a lab report. It has to deliver the performance you want, repeatedly, inside the customer’s own furnish, equipment, temperature, pH, line speed and working environment. We do not stop at supplying the product — we design the product and the conditions it runs under, together with you.
Beyond the ability to make a raw material — chemistry that produces a result on your floor.
Paper Dyes
Liquid direct dyes for liner board, kraft and colored paper — dosed straight in, with no powder to dissolve.
View lineOptical Lens Dyes
Dip-dyeing colourants for ophthalmic lenses, where reproducible depth and colour stability decide the result.
View lineAlignment Layer
The functional coating that sets the direction liquid crystal molecules follow — engineered to work on plastic film substrates.
View lineLC-MN Reactive Liquid Crystal
A reactive mesogen that UV-cures its aligned structure in place, controlling phase retardation from a very thin film.
View lineHeavy Metal Chelating Agents
Chemically immobilises heavy metal ions in fly ash and process water — turning hazardous waste into non-hazardous waste.
View lineEco-friendly Deicer
A Korean deicer built to melt hard and tread lightly — strong performance with minimised environmental risk.
View linePhotochromic Dyes & Pigments
Colour appears within a second in sunlight and clears fast in shade. Synthesised and micro-encapsulated entirely in-house.
View lineWater Henna
One minute to mix, thirty minutes to dye. Micro-encapsulation removes everything that made natural henna a chore.
View lineOther Chemicals
Intermediates and process chemicals used in dye synthesis — DASDA, PNTOSA, 70% sulfuric acid and tributylamine (TBA).
